By using the vyrij.org website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them - please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials on the site belong to the Vyrij choir, including:

photos from concerts, rehearsals and other public events;
video materials;
texts and event descriptions;
Vyrij choir logo.

Allowed:

✓personal viewing of materials;
✓posting links to site pages.

Prohibited without written consent of the Vyrij choir:

✗commercial use of photos and videos;
✗modification of materials (e.g., cropping photos or editing videos);
✗use of the choir's logo.

3. Rules for Media Content

For photos and videos in the gallery:

it is prohibited to use images of choir members in:
advertising purposes;
political context;
on websites with illegal or obscene content.

For event information:

event schedules may change - check for updates;
the Vyrij choir is not responsible for:
cancellation of events by third parties;
errors in location information (it is recommended to use official sources).

4. Liability Limitation

The site is provided "as is". The Vyrij choir does not guarantee:

uninterrupted operation of the site;
accuracy of archival materials (e.g., descriptions of past events);
correctness or safety of third-party resources that may be linked to.

5. Confidentiality

The vyrij.org website does not use cookies and does not collect users' personal data.

6. Terms Changes

The Vyrij choir reserves the right to change these terms. The updated version is always available on this page. Changes may be made in particular:

when adding new services (e.g., online ticket sales);
when changes occur in Polish legislation (e.g., Consumer Rights Act).
